Orders + Shipping
Every candle is shipped in its protective box and double-checked before shipment. We design our packaging to handle bumps and temperature changes, keeping your candle safe and beautiful on arrival.
Yes. Our candles are made with a premium wax blend that has been tested to withstand warm climates. Each candle is poured and cured to maintain its shape even in transit. During hotter months, we still take extra precautions with packaging and timing to ensure your candle arrives in perfect condition.
If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and box. We’ll quickly replace or refund it—your satisfaction (and your energy cleanse) matters to us.
Most orders ship same day, and delivery usually takes 3–4 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
